The website introduces KEII, our approach to Physical AI, our areas of activity, projects, technology, collaboration opportunities and company news. Its content is provided for general information and business communication.

Purchases, licenses, investments, partnerships, pilot participation and the use of any robot, application or other service require the relevant separate terms or agreement. These Terms do not establish such a relationship or override a separately signed agreement.

Descriptions, images, demonstrations and concepts relating to AI companions, robot entertainment, character-based products, home robots and enterprise solutions may concern work in development. They do not, by themselves, confirm commercial availability, final specifications, regulatory approvals, delivery dates or suitability for a particular use.

Features, designs, project scope, partners and launch plans may change as development progresses. Please contact us for current information before making a commercial decision. Any binding commitment must be expressly agreed through the appropriate agreement.

Unless otherwise identified, the website's text, images, videos, graphics, designs, logos and other materials are owned by or licensed to KEII. Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view the website and retain reasonable copies for personal use or internal business evaluation, provided you preserve relevant notices. Other reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law. No patent, trademark, character IP or other technology license is granted by access to the website.

This does not limit our duties under applicable privacy law or an existing agreement.

References to strategic investment, Japanese listed companies, joint ventures, commercialization rights or other capital arrangements describe KEII's business approach. They are not an offer to sell or a solicitation to purchase securities, an investment recommendation, or a promise of returns.

Any proposed transaction requires separate discussions, due diligence, applicable approvals and definitive documentation. Website content does not establish that a named or illustrated project has secured funding or that any third party has committed to participate.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
